As part of our continuing growth, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Account Director to join our expanding team.
Working with a global client, you’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering innovative and effective consumer engagement campaigns across all touchpoints.
Role And Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Group Account Director, acts as a key point of contact across a portfolio of brands.
- Partners with the agency team to develop client relationships built on trust, open dialogue and mutual respect
- Full ownership of specific project streams from conception to completion.
- Responsible for helping develop the strategic vision for each engagement and inputting into the plan to achieve this
- Creates a shared agenda with clients architecting consumer engagement campaigns against marketing and business goals
- Line management of one or more individuals providing mentorship and career development
- Proven experience as an Account Director with 5+ experience in a creative / CX agency.
- Experience leading 360 brand and digital activations through the full customer experience.
- Keen interest in emerging trends and technologies
